It's not too difficult, they ask the basic interview questions and as long as you show that we are capable and normal they show positive signs. At the time I was applying for the sustainability department and they asked me about the photovoltaic research that Ive done.
There was an automated recorded interview which takes 20 min to complete answering the provided questions
