Company asked me to explain myself first , my experiences and expectations from the company. After that they explained the position and the company to me. They tried to understand is the position fits my expectations and with my work history.

El proceso es tardado. Aproximadamente son dos entrevistas. Una con RH y otra con un panel de Managers. Después te envían la propuesta (este último es el paso más rápido) y la contratación depende de tu situación personal y laboral.
Good , open topic discussing, normal day to day and not difficult questions, the interview was a very good experience. It took not very long, two rounds, about one hour per round.
