Submit application - complete psychometric test - attend assessment day.
Assessment day is composed of a pre prepared presentation on a topic provided a week in advance. There is also a separate 2 minute presentation on a topic given to you on the day (half hour to prepare) and then an interview. Interview questions were competency based.
