Interview
Phone interview, then face to face interview with the hiring manager followed by several psychometric tests.
Finally had an feedback interview with the hiring manager and a HR person. They analyzed my answers to the psychometric tests.
I really waited a while between each steps so the interview process was quite long and stressful.

What differentiate you from other candidates.
Would you say that you are a stressed individual.
Do you favor quality rather than quantity.
Three interviews. Mostly asked questions about the work conducted as well as some technical questions about general procurement processes. Was very conversational. Start to finish the process took 2 months mostly due to scheduling.
2 stages interview, base on experiences and passionate to the job. Standard interviews without any pre-interviews tests or tasks to prepare. The interview process is fast. End to end within 2 months.
