I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Cary, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview process was fairly simple and straightforward. I'm not sure of the entire process, because I accepted a job at another company before I heard back from Siemens. There were some basic questions asking about yourself and how you stay organized. They spent a good bit of time describing what they do, and of course they asked if you had any questions about the job/company. They also asked some pretty simple technical questions. They would show a plan of their electrical system, and would ask you to show what the voltage was and various things of this nature. It was very straightforward and it should be pretty simple for you if you made it to the interview process at Siemens.
Like I said, I'm not sure of the process past the first interview, because I received an offer from another company less than a week after the Siemens interview, so I notified Siemens to not consider me for the position any longer.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Siemens in Nov 2015
Interview
I was contacted by phone and by email to schedule an interview, HR was very helpful and made sure the timing accommodated my schedule. I had to get to the main facility and speak with reception. The intervier escorted me to my room and the interview was very relaxed.
