Interview
Submitted application by filling in an online form, attaching CV and Cover Letter. Was then invited to an assessment centre in the office. It involved a group exercise involving the building of a stable bridge using limited material. Afterward was an interview with two employees, followed by a tour around the building.

Tell us about a time where you worked in a group, where there were some differences and had to come to an agreement.

It was a group discussion that began with a self-introduction. Then they asked how much you know about their graduate training program. There was one HR representative and two department heads present. The session then moved on to a group discussion with two questions, lasting two hours.

Interview
Formal interview with hiring managers. Strength-based conversation about personal strengths and experiences. Had to talk about responding to situations the mangers proposed and demonstrate key skills e.g. empathy and self-improvement.
