Signallamp Health interview questions

Interviewer was obviously reading from a script the entire time. The starting pay rate was $30/hour (I have been a RN for nearly 18 years). I told her the role sounded great but that would be a significant pay cut for me. She went on to say there are bonuses available for making more than the required number of calls per day - $15 per each additional call. The minimum amount required per day is 20 calls. There is no way any kind of good quality patient care and education is being done making 20 or more calls in a day - it’s just not possible to do anything more than surface level, “check boxes off a list” kind of tasks. That’s not why I became a nurse. That is shameful.

The initial interview was more about the job and why I want it. They also asked why they should consider me and what experience I have that would help for my role. They asked me what I know about the company and told me what the basics of the job was.
