I applied online. I interviewed at Signavio.
Interview
I applied online and was contacted a month later. The recruiter scheduled a time to speak with me then has to reschedule. On the second reschedule, she failed to call and tried calling me one hour later. She emailed me saying she lost track of the time difference and wanted to reschedule. I gave her another time and never heard back until I received an automated rejection email. The whole process was a joke. If a company conducts their business like they conduct their recruitment, I'm glad I'm learning now, especially seeing they don't know how to schedule meetings in different time zones.
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signavio (Berlin (Germany)) in September 2018.
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward: a phone screen, an initial interview with two other developers/product manager, a task to do at home (a very reasonable one without API quirks or hours lost in setup!), in-person coding task (once again, a very well-chosen task that gave me a good look inside the code base as well), a lunch with the prospective future team and then a talk with the CTO for any questions.
Nothing was unexpected or unfair at any point, and the company made efforts to accommodate to my schedule as well. Everybody was respectful and polite - it was a great process, really.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Signavio (Berlin (Germany)) in October 2018.
Interview
There was an HR screening with a little bit of tech questions involved.
After that there was an interview with 2 managers - it was a very friendly environment, more about professional experience than technological questions.
After that there was a coding challenge (in my particular case completing a React app) which was evaluated against a predefined scoring table.
In general it was a very good interview experience - even though I was not hired.

Interview
Thorough Interview Process, two face to face meetings, one presentation and then I met with the local team. Liked the format of the interview and how I was approached. It was apparent that the Signavio management team want to ensure personalities fit well with the exisiing team.

Cons: Very Long Interview process
Interviewers has least idea about what they are recruiting for
After 4 Interviews, feedback given is that skills don't match.
Please avoid joining this company, if the interviewing people have no idea of what to expect from a candidate then god save this company

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signavio (London, England (UK)) in May 2018.
Interview
Casual, easy going, unstructured.
I can only speak on the needs for that position and the major point is you’ll need to be an extrovert. They seem to equate high energy with passion. So if you turn it you should nail it no problem.
The people themselves, nice enough but just rats caught in the system, wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. One of the senior guys started bragging to me how he was going to make 650k this year…. so don’t forget to mention money is what you're all about, these people live and die for it.

Interview
I applied online in late July 2018, got contacted by HR for screening, then had an hour and a half call with the hiring manager. It was quite an engaging call, however, after one week I was informed that I wasn't offered the role. Of course, I didn't have proper feedback on the reason
I was not offered the role.
1. HR Screening call
2. Call with the hiring manager
