I have not seen any really. As with any company that is multi-national, some of our internal systems have taken a little time to smooth themselves out.

Pros

Colleagues, managers and great work environment. Feels like a big family. People care about you and how you are doing and we are happy to work here! The product is also really fascinating for me since it has so many field of application that makes me think it can also be used for companies that help the world!

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we could collaborate more and use more our own software to help standardize processes, especially now that we are growing.

Advice to Management

Let's keep fostering even more a culture of diversity and inclusion and care about social impact on the world. We can do that together!

Pros

I like the work environment the best. Its friendly , no hierarchy and most importantly a great team to work with. I would say its very inclusive and i have a great work life balance. Generally people are more happy leaving work but in this case its the opposite for me. i am happy on my way to work, look forward to the day and excited to see whats new . If you play football you have a group here, if you like... painting you have a group here, if you like whiskey you have a group here. You can exercise , do a yoga class. What more can you ask

I wouldn't say there is anything bad about working here. In life nothing is perfect but if there was something to be brought up i would have written it here.

A lot of unprofessional relics (employees, culture and processes) from the company's early days, that affect your worklife: favouritism, unclarity and laziness. Poor management, have no clear strategy and this is how your tasks will look like. They will pretend they brought you for your knowledge but eventually want you to do what they say, undefined the same old way, by the same old unprofessionals. You'll get a... lot of "I'm not the professional here but i'd do X" meaning- I'm you boss so do as I say, needless to say the outcome is appropriate.

Get rid of the burden and open up to professionals being around, adopt transparency

Try to better plan budget for students who are about to finish their studies. Otherwise they will be onboarded and can't get a full time employment due to issues in budget planning
