A phone call was received to come in for the interview. During the interview, the interviewers made me feel at ease and the questions asked were based on scenarios that could occur in the job.

Before the actual interview date, they will forward a recent quarterly report which they will ask you to crunch numbers on. They then want you to write a brief research report based on the information and submit. Be prepared to defend your numbers in the interview. However this usual comes at the tail end of the interview, after they've hit you with all the soft skill questions, to access your fit with the organization.
