I recently interviewed with Signzy and, while I appreciate the opportunity, I had a disappointing experience during the system design interview (Round 3).
The interviewer maintained a tone that was not welcoming or collaborative. I was frequently interrupted while explaining my thought process, making it difficult to clearly communicate my ideas. Even when I was heading in the right direction, the interviewer often deviated the discussion, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. At times, when I presented correct approaches, it felt like the conversation became more about ego rather than working together to assess problem-solving skills.
A more encouraging, respectful, and candidate-friendly approach would really help improve the experience. Interviews should ideally evaluate skills while also giving candidates a fair chance to express their ideas without unnecessary pressure.
I hope the company takes this feedback into account to enhance their interview process.
