Had a scheduled phone interview with a member of the recruiting team. The call was going well, but at one point the recruiter asked me why I "move around companies a lot, and that most people at this company have been here a while". To start, I have not been at any company on my resume less than about 2 years and you saw my resume before reaching out to me to schedule time to discuss. Not sure why you would bring that up on the phone screen, because if it was an issue you should not have reached out to me. At the end of the phone interview, I was told they would follow up with me for next steps. I never heard back on the interview process. Very unprofessional, but then again since they all "stay at Sika for years" they probably have not worked at a company to teach them the skills to respect candidates time and follow up with them even if it is with a rejection notice.
