Silver Cloud interview questions

Worst interview experience ever. I was asked to prepare a presentation for an in-person interview and the CCO cancelled on me four hours before I was due to present. They claimed they changed their mind and needed someone who could be more flexible about coming into the office (I had agreed to 1-2 days per week) but also cited childcare separately to the recruiter as a reason for why I couldn’t be flexible. Fair enough if you want someone in the office full-time, but let them know before they’ve spent hours on a presentation, bought a train ticket and rearranged childcare to accommodate. This company has no respect for other people’s time and effort. I can only hope that future candidates are treated with more respect and that candidates are aware of their expectations and lack of flexibility from the beginning.
