Interview
3 rounds, first on the phone, second and third in the Portsmouth office. Primarily behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit for the company. There were no skill based questions to prove yourself, but it is mainly simple data entry. The emphasis is put on you as a person, and not being a cancer in the workplace.

Interview
Very short phone interview with an invitation to followup at the office. Overall the interview was very friendly and insightful about the company. The interview is mainly personality based -- make sure to do research about the company. Additionally, the interview is based on whether or not you can copy and paste. Do not stress yourself out.
