Interview
After you received a call for an interview invitation, the first process you will have to go through is the written test. the test will be about logic, analogy, arithmetic, fidelity and general knowledge. you will be given around 30 -40 minutes for the whole test.
After the first phase, normally it will take them around 7 days to call you should you passed the test. This is where the challenge begin. you will be asked to come for a second interview, and it will be a group interview. i am talking about 5 people in a room interviewing you. it will be hectic !! where all the managers start to ask questions and gave you a little time to answer them. they will give you the pressures and see how you manage to deal with them.
Should you pass the second interview, there will be a third interview normally with the Managing Director or the head of department of the position which you applied to. this is where the negotiations of terms begin.
