After two interview rounds, I was told I would receive a case task but never heard back from them. My follow-up email was completely ignored.
Moreover, they keep closing and reopening the same position, possibly to create the illusion of expansion for investors.
This lack of transparency and organization reflects poorly on the company, especially considering that their product is currently in a bad state. Sirius Music Communications needs to establish clear processes, communicate transparently, and build stronger core values if they want to attract and retain talent.
