Very conversational; I met with the intern coordinator and an on-air host I would be working with. While we discussed my technical abilities, they were rather interested in my research on children's media.

Interview
Very friendly team. The interview consisted of the two team leads interviewing me for about 60 minutes or so. They told me about the team, their work, their customers, how the internship would work, etc. Nice folks. Good questions. Fairly relaxed environment.

Two interviews - one with HR, which was over the phone, and the other with manager of the department I was interviewing for, which was via zoom. Both were average questions and about 30 minutes long. They
I only made it through the first phase, a self-recorded video interview. Questions were what you would expect, and this process was very similar to other interviews of this same type.
