1st interview with head hunter by phone. 2nd with HR by phone. They asked me about my CV and experience. Unfortunately we realized during the interview the head hunter didn't understand the need of the company.

Hay muchas estrategias para afrontar esta pregunta en una entrevista de trabajo. La manera de estructurar tus respuestas dependerá de tu experiencia previa. No es lo mismo un recién graduado que un director con años de experiencia, ya que tendrá más que contar que alguien que acaba de salir de la universidad, y por tanto, los aspectos a destacar serán diferentes.
