Invited for an interview in London Office for a Sales role. The interview was conducted by the team manager who was looking very scruffy, did not offer a drink or made to feel welcome, throughout the interview he was playing with his mobile phone, the interviewer came from a non Travel or Tourism background, had no university qualifications or from any respectable institute on the industry and had very limited knowledge on the industry, kept nodding away and did not take it seriously, kept asking me about how tourism world works and what are the latest news on Hotels and Hoteliers behaviour towards business.
