I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Six Flags (Washington, DC) in Mar 2012

      Interview

Scheduled Interview and came in for the Group Interview. Started by asking personal questions, then had to "audition" with a talent such as singing or dancing, and then they give you real scenarios. They then split you up into two groups, one group is the ones that are hired while the other are those that did not make it. If you make it you are led into the lobby to pick up your hiring packet where they have all the company info. You are supposed to return your packet and upon returning you are scheduled a training session (your first paid time)

      Interview

It was super easy! First you take a math test, they ask you a few questions and then you fill out paperwork if they offer you the position you applied for. They will let you know the day of your interview whether you got the position (I think only for seasonal/part time positions).

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

It was a group interview, about 6 of us, in a room, and a lady asked us questions, simple questions, the we played jenga, later they called a few people and they got the job. The remaining were told that we were watched as soon as we entered the door, and that we should smile more or be more expressive. But I think indivisual interviews are better.
