Interview
Right off the bat the entire interview process is a mess and should be your first indicator to walk away. It’s a three day drag out that is so surface level you question why you even bothered driving to the building. “what do your parents do for a living?” is asked by the Owner of the company so he can see who has a silver spoon in their mouth. The interview process includes is a never-ending hallway marathon going to each office talking to development partners (all of whom are on a time crunch and won’t respect your time). The last interview day was three hours of the current President talking my ear off that I forgot what he was evening talking about to begin with. I prayed it would end so I could beat rush hour traffic. You would think the President of the company would have more important things to do. There is NO HR Department so take that for what it’s worth.

Interview
Horrible. Other reviews state they asked unfair questions but I wasn’t worried about that. The first interview was great, got to meet a peer in the same position I was interviewing for and I felt the conversation went well he said I want you to meet my boss and his boss next week and we’ll make a decision. Fair enough. They schedule a time and tell me that unfortunately one of them is busy so I interview with someone else, reschedule a time to meet them and then the CEO. Again fair enough. I go in, they say the CEO needs to be somewhere and has to leave in 10 mins, so he asks me the same questions everyone else already asked, steps out of the room, makes a snarky rude comment to the secretary stating I look like a little kid and heads off. They then proceed to tell me they need to have me meet with the other individuals I wasn’t able to meet with. At this point I’m offended, not with what they said but how poorly they treated my time and my schedule. I found it ridiculous that all the interviewers asked the exact same questions and thought it to be important for me to interview individually with the entire company. They also tee you up to tell you that the CEO likes to yell at people during meetings and things get “traditional”. So basically they prewarn you that this is a toxic workplace and for you to be okay with it. Don’t waste your time here. I’m sure they do well for themselves but this place will waste your time.
