The interview process at Skydog was smooth, engaging, and transparent. It included three stages.
First, I met with the COO, who clearly outlined the role and what Skydog was looking for. I was invited to a second round live on that initial call, which was a very nice surprise (no waiting around or asking for follow ups.)
In the second interview, I spoke with the Founder, who asked questions about my background and experience, while also sharing a compelling vision for Skydog and the importance of the People Ops role.
The final round was a panel interview with both the COO and Founder, where we discussed benefits, compensation, and company culture. They extended an offer on the spot — a great close to a well-run process.
