Skyline Data Entry Services interview questions

There was no interview - the job description noted that to apply, you'd need to contact them via WhatsApp - someone with extremely bad English asked me a couple of questions and immediately started telling me what the job entailed and wanted to start me on the job. However, to start the job I'd need to be paying them an amount of 430 AED that they said was to be refunded at the completion of 3 projects. Their website also notes that they are in cooperation with a Fiches Informational Technology, a company based in Texas. This company does not exist.
