Sleepyhead (CA) interview questions

Interviewed with the HR Manager via Indeed video call. Fairly straightforward interview asking about my experience, why I'm interested in the position. She ended up forgetting to ask me my salary range so she emailed me afterwards. Next was the final interview with the CEO/Founder. Thought it went great and was told I was going to hear back from them within a week or two. A month later even after sending a follow up email, still haven't heard back from them. If I wasn't selected or the role was put on hold, the least they could have done is send a quick email about the status.
