Thanks for your assessment. To clarify, certain jobs are continually posted such as support, and operations as we are a growing company and need to do so. Hiring and training to our standards takes at least a few months.
Regarding the questionnaires, we have found that one of the most important aspects of remote teamwork is the ability to communicate and work efficiently using new tools. We assess personality, outlook, clarity, and other soft skills that are important for us to maintain our culture and standards using open-ended questions. Having refined this process for several years, our hires have turned out to be quite close to our initial assessment from their responses, so this approach works well for us, and churn has been very low.
