When asked the background about the role and the need or anything more than JD he could not answer. Long silences where I was asking interviewer if he got all information as he did not say anything. Liked the job, did not like the process. Emailed on Saturday morning I was not shortlisted in the 2nd round by hiring manager and was relieved as it did not sound like a place for me to be in.
