They asked for 3 rounds of interviews and 1 presentation, I prepared the presentation for about 3 days, and they told me that wait for their offer. They let me wait 3 weeks then cancel this position with no reason. This really feel terrible, wasting my time and energy, also play on other people's cognition. If you didn't decide to hire for the role, why did you let other people come over and over again????
