I interviewed at Smart Freight Centre (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer focused primarily on my background, past experiences, and overall skill set, briefly reviewing my resume with me. There were no technical questions asked—most of the discussion centered around behavioral questions and cultural fit. Only one interview was conducted, and the hiring decision was made quickly afterward.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smart Freight Centre (Amsterdam) in Mar 2025
Interview
SFC presents itself as valuing “clear communication,” an “employee-first approach,” and “attention to detail.” However, these principles were not reflected at any point in the recruitment process. From the very beginning, there was a lack of transparency regarding the structure of the salary package and benefits.
I had an online interview, I had to complete an assignment and attend an in-person interview, only to later find out that the offer was significantly lower than my indicated expectations. This experience felt like a complete waste of time and effort.
