Smart72 interview questions

I interviewed at their old location in Atascadero, CA. The owner and operations manager conducted the interview and were extremely welcoming. They emphasized the smart72 core values and culture and made sure I was knowledgeable.

I met with the Call Center Manager, and Marketing Manager for my interview. They were both kind and courteous. They made the environment feel comfortable and easy going. I was part of a group interview with 2 of my friends from my previous job. They used helpful analogies and verbiage that was easy to understand, even though HVAC was a new field to me. I had only had consumer knowledge up until that point. All in all it was a great experience. I moved up quickly in the business. They recognize and appreciate hard working people!
