SmartConnect Technologies SQL Database Administrator interview questions

A cheap company with no norms for interview process. HR doesn't even know how to cater a candidate closure. After telephonic interview, I was shortlisted and was called to meet the director of the company followed by last interview with HR.The director called me in his cabin and pretended as if he so busy writing an email. While discussion, he was blank and went to arrange an interview round with a different team. Post conference interview, I had to iterate the same to two different managers. Again in the evening, I was interviewed by a site manager. After a week I was asked to come for a CEO round for my final round of interview. This was the breakthrough, where I have been asked about architecture of an Infrastructure and how would I solve certain design issues. After a week HR asked me for my previous employer offer letter and salary slips and thereafter he never turned back on me. In case I was not selected, what was the point of asking for a documentation. Rather he should have discussed about the feedback. This company has no reputation at all. In Hyderabad they have their office above a motor garage. Well that doesn't mean the company is cheap, its too cheap.
