Interview
I met with the head of dept. outside of the office and then came in for my second interview with the head and his 2nd. I was shown around the office and introduced to everyone including the CEO.

Mostly about my previous experience but I was particularly asked about what was important for me in a work environment, which was unexpected. They were really keen to make sure that 1) I really wanted the job 2) that I was a good fit culturally.
