Interview
Super casual and nice interview process. They had me go through a total of 3 rounds.
First round was with the hiring manager, about 30 minutes, discussed general background and experience as well as company culture and fit.
Second round was about 45 minutes, with the manager of the team I'd work on. We talked a bit more about what the work was like, the tech stack, and my experience overall, some technical database questions, and general OOP questions.
The third round was with the entire team I'd work with.
This round was about an hour. I got to know the team members, what the work was like, some past issues, and such. They asked me general CS questions, looked over some of my old code, and just generally got to know what I'm capable of.
The interview process was fairly quick, faster than any other company I'd applied to. They got back to me with an offer 2 days after my final interview. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Everyone was super professional and down to earth.

Interview
Overall it was a very nice interview process for me. I interviewed in June 2022. I was a little worried seeing how some previous reviews went, but overall the experience was very positive.
1) I applied online and received an email the next day to schedule a phone screen.
2) I talked to a recruiter for about 15 minutes about my general background, what I'm interested in, why I'm looking. Overall, a very pleasant discussion.
3) I then was invited to schedule an interview with the manager of the team hiring. This was all conversation based with no technical questions. Just going over my background in depth and general HR questions. This lasted about 45 minutes. I was impressed with how fun the conversation was.
4) I was invited to schedule 2 more interviews (I think in the past these were together). There was a behavioral and technical interview, each an hour long.
4.1) The behavior interview was conversation based as well and was pretty easy. We talked about my approach to learning and general questions about how I go about challenges. This went well.
4.2) The technical did not have any coding. This was also conversational based and talked in depth about my resume and my technical experience. We talked about what I did in my current role and the interviewers asked questions directed towards my current work. Some of these questions caught me off guard and I missed some sub questions that were asked.
5) Surprisingly, 2 days later I got an offer via the recruiter and a few days after that I accepted.
Overall, this was a very pleasant interview process. All interviews were conversation based which was very cool. Perhaps previous reviewers got different recruiters or got lost in the automated aspects of the process. Scheduling, next steps, etc. are all automated so I suppose people could be missed or something. The whole process from application to offer was about 2 weeks.

Interview
1) First Round - HR Screen (talks about background etc)
2) Second Round - Hiring Manager Screen. Here is the thing that threw me off, it was such a pleasant conversation, about background, nothing technical at all. Then the next day I got rejected. Which was super weird, I have never had that experience before. I checked and saw this was a pretty common thing as indicated in the previous reviews, so I am guessing they have to interview people for internal fills. This is such a waste of time for everyone involved, I wouldn't bother interviewing with a company that practices this.
