Here the interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring. This process typically includes the following steps which had 3 rounds of interview:
1) Basic Introduction and understanding Round- this round was a telephonic interview
2) Technical Round- there were questions related to sales strategy and customer support. The questions were open ended.
3) HR Round- the questions asked were to understand the cultral fit.

Nothing was that much difficult presentation was given so it was easy to understand what the company really does everyone in the company was treated as a leader so the team work must be maintain
