Highly unorganized. Spammed me to set up an interview. Then the person who interviewed me was late and didn’t even apologize. Virtual interview kept on freezing. I called back immediately. Then she said she busy and if we can reschedule.

It was a 2 hour interview. 1 hour was typical interview Q&A and the other hour was observing a treatment session. Then they let me know that they'd contact my references and schedule me for a second interview potentially.
