Smiles by Delivery interview questions

The owner, a dental hygienist interviewed me. She had two other people in the room with her. Weirdest interview ever. She spent the entire time bashing the employee she just got rid of. Really unprofessional. I didn't feel comfortable hearing this, and I was happy to leave.
