Smith Institute interview questions

Approached by a recruiter. Hour long initial conversation, virtual, with two team members. Then a 2 hour face-to-face interview in Oxford. Given a data engineering exercise/scenario and asked to walk through how I'd approach it, with two team members, then a more general skills/experience conversation with another team member. Generally very friendly, fair, and felt conversational rather than adversarial.

Straightforward. A first virtual interview, followed by a second in person interview. The panel consisted of two people, and they mainly asked questions they had downloaded from ChapGPT or Co-Pilot
