I did two parts interview before being offered a position. The first part was a phone interview with HR, and the second part was a video chat interview with some mechanical engineers.
The process was pretty straightforward: screening call with HR, initial interview with 2 mechanical engineers, final interview with higher-up in mechanical engineering and plumbing engineering. Very accommodating to the distance; I was not applying locally.
