The interview process went smoothly. I emailed them my resume and they followed up promptly. We then scheduled an interview at one of the cafes. They've asked me a few interview questions such as "Why do you want to work here"

What's an example of a time you've demonstrated leadership
Started off with basic interview questions like introducing myself and my strengths and weaknesses. And then we went through situational questions about what I would do in certain situations like disagreement with leadership, conflict with coworkers, work ethic, and so on.

The interview was very casual. There were 3 parts: general interview (introducing myself, strengths/weaknesses, why I want to work here), what-if scenarios (conflict, building relationship with co-workers, mistakes), and availability/logistics.
