Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Snell & Wilmer (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I had a Phone screen, then two interviews one in office and one in zoom. There were No delays. Had an offer within 2-3 weeks and accepted. Pretty quick process.
I had two zoom interviews. The first is a general interview with their recruiter. The second was more in depth and had more specifics questions regarding my previous experience. The second interview included the two Paralegals I would work with along with my manager.
