Snook interview questions

They replied to me directly over email and arranged a time for a call with the head of design. It was an interview + informal chat with head of design over zoom.

Had a 30-minute screener call and thought it went really well, and was told someone would get back to me within the week. I immediately sent a thank you note after the interview. One week later, still nothing. I followed up a couple of times and they totally ghosted me. Very rude and surprising considering the brand values they tote on their website.
