I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SoapBox (Toronto, ON) in May 2019
Interview
1st Meeting:
Meeting with HR (they were far in their process but we decided to meet anyway)
2nd interview:
Met the team and had one-on-one time with direct manager
3rd interview:
I completed an assignment and met with the team to present. Met with CEO to chat.
Phone interview with HR, followed by 2 hour interview with CTO/head of product & product team (with piece of homework), followed by CEO interview. All took place within a couple of weeks with very fast response time. Did not get the offer but was left with a very positive impression, everyone was friendly and responsive and was given great feedback.
First of all was sent a video questionnaire, made up from five contextual questions. After submission and review by the company, had a video conference face-to-face interview. The process was smooth and reasonably challenging.
