Social Catfish interview questions

The interview process consisted of three stages, each thoughtfully structured to assess both technical and interpersonal skills. Throughout the process, I had engaging and insightful conversations with the interviewers, which allowed me to better understand the role, the team dynamics, and the company’s goals. I also had the opportunity to clarify my questions and gain deeper insight into how my experience could contribute to their objectives. Overall, the process moved efficiently and smoothly, with clear communication and timely updates at every stage.

First round was a recruiter screening. Simple enough. Initially second round was a panel interview but suddenly they swapped it to an assessment which consisted of SIX assignments. Each one was lengthy and required a couple hours of work. DO NOT DO THESE. At this point, this company is all red flags and is essentially getting people to submit months of work for free for them. The assignment required the candidate to complete 3 month strategy plan, recreate entire email campaigns, content, design and more.
