I had the Head of HR and the Head of Business systems on the panel. I was told by the recruitment agency that this interview will be formal and SIB would like to get to know me face to face.
The questions asked by the panel were pretty standard and I had done my research to answer to the best of my ability. I had a few technical questions asked by the Head of Business systems and again I was confident in answering the technical questions.
At the end I was told that there will be a second interview in which there will be a test to see my technical ability.
After the first interview, I then had a call from the agency on the same day that I would not be going through to the next stage as apparently I did not have the technical experience. I was baffled by that decision. In a 20 minute interview they had gone and made a decision within a day that I did not have the technical experience.
