Interview
Interview process was great. It was a group interview and the questions asked were mostly behavioural questions.Different questions were asked towards everyone. Please use the STAR technique to answer these questions. Give an example from your previous workplace about the situation you faced, what technique you used to deal with the situation, what action you took and what was the outcome of that.

Interview
It was a group interview with nine other applicants, one person from DFP recruitment, and one person from The SRC. The questions were pretty basic, but you were expected to answer in front of everyone. They explain the job role, and then ask why you want to work at The SRC. Because it is a group interview, the only people who stand out are extroverts. This should not be needed for a job that is work from home and autonomous. But of course they care more about their time than yours. Save yourself the hassle. There's other, better, research jobs to apply for.
