I applied online. I interviewed at Social Security Administration
Interview
Really interesting interview process. They gave specific instructions on how to answer the questions. I had 3 people ask me a series of preset questions. Then they gave me a written exam with a 30 minute time limit. Interviewers were very pleasant and professional. The interview was a very good experience. They said it would take about two weeks until I hear the results. They told me they were interviewing about 4-5 people for each 1 position available.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to solve a problem, but didn't have all necessary information about it in hand. What did you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Social Security Administration (Kansas City, KS) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was over the phone in front of a panel of four interviewers. The interview felt scientific and impersonal. I was asked two sets of questions, the first general interview questions, and the second a set of "what would you do" job questions. I was struck by the negative nature of the questions, they were all about angry customers, bad experiences, and failures, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the job duties. There was a math portion after the phone interview, which was basic standardized-test style problem solving.
