It was a panel interview. They didn’t ask any job specific questions. They are had no expression on whether they enjoyed speaking with me. However my immediate supervisor wasn’t in the panel.

Interview
Applied on USAJobs and got an interview about two months later. Interview has the standard “tell me about a time…” questions. I think I did well, though I admit I did flounder a bit at the end. I was told I’d hear from them in a week. Almost three weeks as of this writing have passed and not a peep from anybody. They could at least give me a canned rejection email instead of wasting my time. Incredibly rude and unprofessional!!

You have a 3 person panel Interview and they ask canned questions. You then give examples of past experiences to answer the questions. It's a basic interview via Ms Teams.
