Soft Surroundings interview questions

I did 3 interviews, one with HR and two with team members. It was a quick process. I was supposed to have a 4th interview, but that person left the company before I could interview.

I went through two rounds of interviews with a recruiter and editorial director after applying for the role on their website. The process took about three weeks from beginning to end. I greatly appreciated the transparency from both interviewers. They were friendly and easy to talk to, putting me at ease during the interviews. Although I was ultimately rejected after the second round, it was an overall encouraging process due to their excellent communication and meaningful feedback. I've gotten so used to automated responses or being ghosted that Soft Surroundings candidate experience stands out in a very positive way, giving me a good impression of the company's culture.
