Initial interview process was straightforward but they don't ask you for your availability and just send you invites with no context containing an .ics file instead of a Google Calendar invite. I've never had a company not ask for my availability and I've interviewed with 100+ companies. Decent interview process - a lot of prep, conversational with the team. Felt like it was going well, maybe there were other solid candidates in the pipeline. Seems like they have a good culture overall.
