There are two rounds of interview. First round will take some one belongs to project for which you are going to join. Second will be technical and managerial mix. They will go through with resume and will ask questions with the reference of resume. They will ask few questions related to current profile and project as well. The experience in softdel was very poor. No good management. They will not clear you their need and mode of joining before the interview. If everything will get happen then they will force to join emediately. In short this type of nature wastes your time and their as well.
