The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. First one was a hackerrank coding challenge. Then followed 2 F2F technical rounds. Mostly around data structures and algortihms, Multithreading, Design Patterns etc., The final round was a techno managerial round. After the interview process was over 10 days passed by and then got a call from the HR saying we can give you only 3 lac hike. I was like WTF. I now understood why the company despite operating for more than 10 years in IND could only expand to two floors in a building. Stay away from this company if you are looking for good salaries.
